All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders and Availability

We currently ship within Canada only.

7. Warranty
Limited Warranty
Quorela products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Manufacturing defects that affect functionality
- Structural failures under normal use
What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Accidents, crashes, or drops
- Water damage (products are not waterproof)
- Battery capacity degradation (normal aging)
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
- Damage from improper storage or maintenance
- Tire wear and punctures
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact our customer support with proof of purchase
- Describe the issue and provide photos if requested
- Follow instructions for return or repair
We will repair or replace defective products at our discretion. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or refund.
